- Full Time

An individual real estate agent within RE/MAX Quinte is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and client-focused professional to take on a diverse role that combines marketing, client care, and transaction coordination. This full-time, salaried position is ideal for someone with real estate industry experience who is excited about supporting business growth, enhancing client experience, and ensuring seamless transaction management.
This position is well-suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in their work. As the business grows, there will be opportunities for professional development, expanded responsibilities, and increased compensation.
While a real estate license is not required, industry experience is strongly preferred. If licensed, it is considered an asset, but this is not a sales role—the focus is on marketing, client experience, and transaction coordination rather than active sales.
