Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential properties such as house & lot and condominium units
• Assist clients with property inquiries and project presentations
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and accreditation seminars
• Guide buyers through reservation and documentation processes
• Achieve monthly sales goals and targets
• Stay updated on available projects, pricing, and promos

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales background is an advantage but not required
• Willing to learn and undergo training/accreditation
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Can work part-time or full-time
• Familiar with social media marketing is a plus
