About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and goal-driven Appointment Setter to join our expanding real estate team in New South Wales. This role is critical to the success of our Sales and Property Management divisions, focusing on engaging prospective clients and scheduling high-quality appointments that convert into lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to work within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective landlords, tenants, and property owners.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Real Estate Sales and Property Management teams.
- Maintain and update client records accurately in the CRM system.
- Re-engage inactive or dormant leads through structured outreach.
- Liaise closely with internal departments to align messaging, priorities, and targets.
- Achieve weekly KPIs related to call activity, lead conversion, and appointments booked.
- Provide regular reporting and feedback on lead quality and client responses.
- Represent the brand professionally in every interaction.
Requirements Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience in appointment setting, real estate sales support, or outbound calling.
- Background in real estate, property management, or telemarketing preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management platforms.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or a client-facing technical role is a bonus.
Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Strong phone presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and confidently drive conversations toward bookings.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
