Lighthouse Realty is seeking a licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our growing brokerage with both sales and rental transactions. This role combines office coordination, client support, and field assistance, making it ideal for a licensed agent who enjoys organization, teamwork, and hands-on involvement in the real estate process.

We are also open to newly licensed agents who want to learn the business while earning consistent hourly income. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide transaction coordination and administrative support for sales and rental listings

• Assist with client communications, scheduling, and follow-up

• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries

• Schedule showings, inspections, and closing appointments

• Show properties to qualified buyers and tenants

• Maintain organized transaction files and documentation

• Support marketing efforts for listings when needed

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Real Estate License OR completion of licensing coursework with exam scheduled

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with technology, scheduling tools, and real estate systems

• Reliable transportation for property showings

Compensation

• Starting pay from $18/hour

• Bonus incentives on closed transactions

• Opportunity to earn a percentage of commission on transactions they assist with
