Real Estate Closing Paralegal

Overview

Bell Carrington Price & Gregg is offering a full-time, on-site role as a residential Real Estate Paralegal in downtown Greenville, SC. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, realtors, lenders, and other interested parties to a real estate transaction. Tasks include balancing CDs, preliminary review of title documents, preparing and recording legal documents, and disbursing funds, all under the supervision of an attorney.

Qualifications

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills are required
• 3+ years experience as a real estate paralegal strongly preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, laws, and regulations
• Paralegal Certification and experience in real estate title is a plus
• Title Review Experience strongly preferred

Competitive compensation offered, commensurate with experience as a real estate paralegal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
