What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Master the art of telephone marketing and door-knocking to bring in new business.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Attend Home Opens and private viewings.
• Manage phone and email inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct buyer follow-ups via phone and email.
• Prepare detailed follow-up reports for vendors.

Sales Support & Administration

• Prepare pre-listing kits and high-quality reports.
• Keep our database updated and organised.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers & conveyancers to ensure seamless settlement.
• Organise appointments and assist with marketing campaigns.
