Realty Productions is a fast-growing real estate media company serving Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland, trusted by 200+ agents for high-quality listing media, social content, and fast, reliable turnaround. As we head into the busy spring market, we’re expanding our production team and looking for a professional, dependable shooter who wants consistent work and a clear path into a lead role — not just another freelance gig.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident behind the camera, comfortable working independently once trained, and excited to grow inside an established creative brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Capturing real estate photography and video on location
• Supporting listing media shoots including social-first vertical content
• Working directly with agents and homeowners in a professional environment
• Following established shot systems to maintain brand consistency
• Traveling to properties across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland
• Occasionally assisting on higher-end or brand-focused productions

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and strong communicator
• Comfortable managing shoots efficiently and respectfully on-site
• Basic to intermediate camera experience (Sony preferred but not required)
• Professional presence with clients and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and weekday availability (late morning–afternoon peak hours)
• Willingness to learn systems and grow into a Lead Shooter role

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Prior real estate photography or video experience
• Drone license (Part 107)
• Experience capturing reels or short-form social content
• Basic editing familiarity

Compensation & Schedule:

• Compensation structured per shoot with earning potential based on volume and services captured
• Typical earning range equivalent to $45,000–$85,000+ annually depending on consistency and experience
• Part-time role with approximately 20–30 hours/week of field production as volume scales
