RECEPTIONIST

Wilson Parking are seeking the services of an experienced, part time receptionist for their head office in the Perth CBD.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Providing high quality frontline customer service and support.

• Managing and ensuring a swift and outstanding service when resolving customer queries or issues.

• Answering calls, managing voicemail inbox, listen to voicemails and ensure all phone calls are returned in a timely manner.

• Part time role, 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday)

To be successful, the following skills, qualities and experiences are required:

• Excellent Planning and organization skills

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)

• Ability to prioritize different tasks

• Personable, helpful, resilient personality

• Working within a team environment.

To be considered for this role, you will also be required to complete a National Police Clearance
