Position Overview
Asart Group Services is seeking a polished, professional, and welcoming Receptionist & Front Desk Coordinator. As the face of our Auckland office, you will manage our front-of-house operations, greet clients, and provide vital administrative support to ensure a seamless daily workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-House Management: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a professional corporate environment.
- Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming calls, manage general email inquiries, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
- Administrative Support: Assist various departments with data entry, document preparation, meeting room bookings, and catering coordination.
- Facilities Assistance: Monitor office supplies, track inventory, and liaise with building management or vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning internal booking systems.
- Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Eligibility: Valid working rights for New Zealand.
