Receptionist (Part-Time)

Bath Avenue Medical Centre are recruiting for a part time front of house receptionist. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, diligent office administrator who is capable and willing to learn. The practice is a very busy, fast paced, modern, computerised medical practice. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, good computer skills (MS365), have the ability to work well under pressure both as an individual and as part of a team.

The role is part-time, 5 days a week and working hours are typically 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Administrative Duties:

• Answering phone calls and managing emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Organise referrals
• Meet and greet patient

• Taking payment and tracking payment
• Dealing with patient queries with discretion and sensitivity
• Management of GP's diary
• Carrying out requests from management as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €16.00 per hour

• Bonus pay

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dublin, CO. Dublin D04V8N8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
• Administration: 5 years (preferred)
