What You’ll Do:As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing inbound calls on a multi-line system.
  • Communicating with staff, sub-contractors, suppliers, and owners, ensuring everyone is in the loop.
  • Drafting formal documents and correspondence for the owners.
  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.
  • Greeting and assisting guests in our showroom or over the phone, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
  • Developing and maintaining an organized filing system to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handling additional office tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:We need someone who’s organized, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges. Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • Previous experience in office administration (1+ year preferred).
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor, with the ability to work well with others in a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Optsy/Field One software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of windows, exterior doors, garage doors, or similar products is an advantage, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
