Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding for various roles within the internet industry.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top talent.

• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.•Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in the internet industry.

• Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process for internet-related roles.

• Proficiency in English as a working language.

• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
