Recruitment Administrator
Location: Brisbane
Full-time | 6 month contract
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment operations.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to our recruitment team. You’ll help manage the candidate experience, assist with job postings and interview scheduling, and keep recruitment records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms.
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and compliance checks.
- Manage candidate credentialing to ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and track Baseline Security Clearance applications.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, including managing amendments related to start dates or role changes.
- Accurately enter new hire information into multiple internal systems.
- Support the training team by issuing training modules and enrolling new hires into the training system.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to provide timely updates and support.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including ad hoc tasks and reporting as required.
About You:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar admin role (desirable, but not essential).
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
