Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Associate located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for hiring, screening, interviewing, and recruiting candidates. The Recruitment Associate will also be responsible for communication with candidates and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Hiring, Recruiting, and Screening skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in interviewing candidates and assessing candidate qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software/systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in recruitment and/or customer service is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
