We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment Associate to provide essential support to our team.
This role requires a versatile individual who can handle various administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and assist with day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to source and engage candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Present shortlists of candidates to hiring managers, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
Interviewing and Candidate Evaluation:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Assist in evaluating candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Represent the company at recruitment events, promoting the organization’s culture and values.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and support unsuccessful candidates with future opportunities.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Input data into databases and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update electronic records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Support:
- Assist with special projects and perform research as required.
- Support the implementation of new administrative processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment (internship or 1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge on Networking, VPNs, VoIP, SIP and RTP communications (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
