Recruitment Associate (Project-Based)

WORK LOCATION: Kapitolyo, Pasig City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizing various channels to generate a strong pipeline of candidates for the project roles.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining constant communication with candidates to provide updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience, especially given the typically fast-paced nature of project roles.
• Coordinating the seamless handover of new project hires to the general HR or Onboarding team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh graduates of any course. Internship experience is an advantage.
• Background with volume-hiring recruitment.
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Must be willing to work overtime (if necessary).
• Data-driven, goal-oriented, and has good communication skills.
