Tasks
- Join our dynamic team as Regional Head of People (Europe) and shape the strategic direction of our People function, driving culture change and business growth in a global environment. Lead innovative People initiatives, empower high-performing teams, and make impactful strategic decisions to optimise our practices and drive organisational success across Europe.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the People strategy for Europe in alignment with the business and global People strategies.
- Continue to professionalise and harmonise an integrated European People function, in line with our new Target Operating Model
- Serve as the People Business Partner to regional management, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Act as a member of the global People leadership team to ensure alignment between global strategies and regional operations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality People services and support to employees, fostering professional impact and growth.
- Proactively address business and employee needs, driving effective and reliable solutions.
- Lead the implementation of innovative People initiatives and processes and manage change effectively.
- Empower, coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Continuously improve People processes and practices in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence, the Center of People Solutions and other regions.
- Make strategic decisions about People investments while effectively managing budgets and costs.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience leading teams of People in diverse roles in complex environments, preferably in a consulting or engineering sectors.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid understanding of People issues throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering individual development.
- Experience integrating diverse perspectives and cultures to achieve operational excellence and innovative People solutions.
- Ability to drive cultural change and lead the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills.
- Strong collaborative and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders and levels.
- Fluent English required. Other language skills would be an advantage.
