Regional Marketing Manager – Emergency Care (APAC)
At Stryker, we’re committed to making healthcare better. As a Regional Marketing Manager – Emergency Care (APAC), you’ll set the strategic direction for our Emergency Care portfolio, leading a dynamic team, and driving growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop Talent – Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth, collaboration, and professional development.
- Drive Strategy – Define marketing plans, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches that make a real impact.
- Market Leadership – Analyse industry trends, conduct competitive research, and drive portfolio strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
- Strengthen Customer & Sales Alignment – Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), sales teams, and customers to enhance market presence and product adoption.
- Manage Product Lifecycle – Oversee pricing, product positioning, and future portfolio expansion.
- Deliver Results – Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize growth opportunities.
Who You Are
Required Experience
- 5+ years of marketing management experience, with a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, management, business or similar
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience working across Asia Pacific or a global region, with an understanding of diverse market dynamics.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and drive long-term success.
- A collaborative leader who excels in cross-functional environments and stakeholder engagement.
- A talent developer, passionate about mentoring and empowering teams to excel.
- A results-driven professional who takes ownership and delivers measurable outcomes.
- No medical device industry experience needed
