We're Hiring: Dynamic Senior Sales Manager
Lead sales efforts for our portfolio of 5 premier Bay Area hotels that belong to the Hilton, Marriott and IHG brand families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, sales visits, trade shows, and creative outreach to build a robust pipeline.
- Respond swiftly to inquiries, cultivate strong client relationships, and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market dynamics, including competitors' strategies, economic shifts, and supply/demand trends, to position our properties competitively.
- Differentiate our offerings by exceeding expectations and fostering guest loyalty through personalized, standout experiences.
- Master our hotel features, venues, and amenities to recommend tailored solutions for group events and stays.
- Anticipate client needs and deliver prompt, exceptional service.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prepare proposals, draft contracts, handle correspondence, and execute bookings seamlessly.
- Provide accurate quotes and confirmations to clients.
- Track all activities meticulously, including calls, appointments, and leads, for optimal organization.
- Oversee Local Negotiated Rate agreements, build compelling business cases, and respond to RFPs efficiently.
- Contribute to our e-commerce and social media strategies to amplify reach.
- Follow daily business review processes for group leads, qualifying opportunities and recommending rates based on data and hotel priorities.
- All other duties as asigned
