Role Summary:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to help us grow our brand in Western Canada. This is more than a typical sales role - it’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll help shape strategy, develop the market, build relationships, and represent a proud Canadian brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Educating retail and distributor partners about our W.I.L.D. food philosophy
· Gathering feedback from the field to drive continuous improvement
· Developing and implementing regional sales plans to meet revenue objectives
· Building and managing relationships with retailers and distributors
· Develop and grow retail distribution across Western Canada
· Represent CHARM® at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
· As a key member of our team, you’ll embody CHARM®’s core values

This role is perfect for someone who:
· Wants to be part of something new and impactful
· Has 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the pet specialty industry
· Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills
· Is willing to travel (up to 50%)
· Is wild about dogs or cats (ideally both!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
