Registered Behavior Technician (In-Home)

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on client behaviors
• Support skill-building and independence in daily living activities
• Build positive, encouraging relationships with clients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral strategies preferred
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
