Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)

Positive Outcomes is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. This position is open to full time candidates and candidates seeking a part time position between 25-30 hours per week with potential to grow with the organization.

Position Overview

As an RBT at Positive Outcomes, you will:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs in home and community settings
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent treatment implementation
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification in good standing with BACB
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 6 months verified RBT experience
• Ability to pass 10-year background check
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation for client home visits

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience implementing ABA-based procedures
