Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)

Job Description:
Paradigm Behavior Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children across clinic, school, and home settings. We specialize in verbal behavior and provide structured training and supervision to support your professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Reduce maladaptive behaviors using evidence-based strategies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
• Accurately document session data and progress

Requirements:

• Active RBT Certification (Required)
• Active Medicaid Provider Number (Required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children
