Allen Dental Lounge is hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Allen, TX. We are a modern, technology-driven private dental practice focused on comprehensive general dentistry, dental implants, and Invisalign treatment.

Registered Dental Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance using efficient four-handed dentistry
• Assist with dental implant placement and restorative procedures
• Support Invisalign treatment and digital workflows
• Perform iTero scans accurately
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards
• Take diagnostic X-rays (as licensed)
• Maintain organized and fully stocked operatories
• Educate patients and provide post-operative instructions
• Assist with clinical documentation and charting

Your role directly impacts patient comfort, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

Schedule

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Three-day weekend every week.

Compensation

$19–$24 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and credentials

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Experience with implants and Invisalign preferred
• Experience with iTero or digital scanning required
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and clinically detail-oriented
