Position Overview:

Stability Staffing & Consulting is seeking a dedicated Public Health Registered Nurse to support clinical and population-based health services within Public Health Region 9/10. This role focuses on improving health outcomes across diverse communities through prevention, assessment, education, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on the health needs of entire populations, including health inequities and the unique needs of sub-populations
• Conduct comprehensive, systematic population health assessments
• Address multiple determinants of health impacting individuals and communities
• Emphasize primary prevention and health promotion strategies
• Apply interventions across all levels: Individuals, Families, Communities, Health systems
• Provide community collaboration and health education in response to priorities identified through ongoing population-focused assessments
