Registered Nurse (Rn)

Responsibilities

- Manage and document clinical triages

- Provide clinical support and patient care under the supervision of physicians

- Educate patients and their families

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

- Communicate with hospitals and other offices

- Works with patients and providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Must possess a current NYS Professional Registered Nurse license without restriction
• Experience with telephone triages preferred
• Experience with EMR and Proficiency in Medent is a plus
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong icommunication and medical documentation skills
