About the Role:

We’re seeking an exceptionally diligent, experienced, and highly organised Accounts & Operations Coordinator to join our growing, fully remote team. This role is 100% remote (28 hours/week) with a maximum of 2 hours/week allocated to delivering paperwork to our office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and document daily incoming payments with precision and consistency
  • Perform accounts receivable and payable tasks using SAGE 50
  • Coordinate and track financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Prepare and issue client contracts
  • Liaise with clients and internal team members (via phone/email) as needed
  • Conduct occasional in-person tasks, such as dropping paperwork, switching contracts, or filing documents (max 2 hrs/week)

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAGE 50 — essential
  • Proven background in accounts administration: receivables, payables, reconciliations
  • You possess extreme diligence, speed, and accuracy in your work
  • You are comfortable working independently and can manage multiple daily transactions with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email
  • Able to provide strong professional references confirming long-term experience in accounts roles

Package & Hours:

  • €26 per hour
  • 28 hours per week, split across Monday–Friday
  • Fixed hours, typically 5–6 hours per day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €37,850.00 per year
