Remote Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Communicate clearly with customers in both English and Spanish (if multilingual) to cater to diverse clientele.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all channels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued; candidates who can communicate in additional languages are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $23.75-$27.03 per hour
