Position Title: Research Associate – RNA Therapeutics

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Research Associate to join our team, contributing to the discovery and pre-clinical development of RNA-based therapeutics. The successful candidate will bring expertise in cell culture, molecular biology, and assay development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze cell-based assays to assess the activity and mechanism of action of RNA therapeutics.
• Culture and maintain a variety of cell types, including established cell lines, primary cells, and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
• Perform molecular and protein biology techniques, including nucleic acid isolation, quantitative PCR (qPCR), reverse transcription qPCR (RT-qPCR), and Western blotting.
• Develop, optimize, and implement new protocols and assays to address key scientific questions.
• Analyze data, document experiments, and present results in team meetings and project reviews.
• Maintain high scientific rigor, reproducibility, and compliance with laboratory best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis, documentation, and communication.
• Familiarity with platforms such as siRNA or antisense oligonucleotides is preferred.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
