Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and members at The Conduit Oslo. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with The Conduit Oslo.
Starting Wage: 195 per hour

Responsibilities:
Greet guests and members warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and callers.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-organized.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.

Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.

Provide administrative support, including data entry, printing, and filing.

Assist with event coordination and preparation as needed.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to deliver Exceptional Hospitality

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with CRM Check In Systems

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
