Description:
The Reservations Coordinator role at Robata offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in Melbourne's CBD. This position provides a stable, full-time role with room for professional growth in a well-established restaurant group. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations and events while collaborating with a passionate team. With a focus on efficiency and customer service, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role also offers exposure to event coordination and sales, providing valuable career development in the hospitality industry.

Skills and Experiences:
We're looking for a candidate with strong hospitality or sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service. The ideal person will have proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, Now Book It) and POS software (e.g., Bepoz), as well as strong organisational skills for managing bookings and administrative tasks. You should be fluent in English, professionally presented, and comfortable handling guest inquiries via phone and email. A background in event coordination or marketing is desirable but not required - above all, a passion for hospitality is essential!
