What You’ll Do

• Control your own schedule by selecting jobs that fit your availability

• Work during our prime window: 10 AM, 11 AM–2 PM
• Grow your hours as you build trust and satisfaction with clients

Compensation & Perks

• Introductory Rate: $18/hour for the first 1–2 weeks (minimum two appointments weekly)
• Standard Pay: Competitive rate determined after trial, based on performance
• Client Referral Bonus: $50 for each new recurring client you secure (up to 10), paid after their third clean

• 1–2+ years of residential or hospitality cleaning experience

• Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and messaging
