Residential Cleaning Team Member

JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team for DAY SHIFT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning residential homes in York County and surrounding areas. You will work together in teams. This is a part-time position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Individual must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. No criminal record. This is a DAY TIME POSITION. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY!

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and kitchens, making beds, changing sheets on beds, and cleaning floors.
- Help team members/team leads carry supplies into residential homes.

- Help to gather Team Lead's supplies before leaving residential homes.
- Take out the trash and recycling at every residential home, ensuring it is disposed of properly.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing bathrooms and dusting shelves, cleaning windows, inside of ovens, and inside of refrigerators.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborate with other members of the cleaning team to ensure that all areas of each home are cleaned properly.

Experience

- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds to perform work duties.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
