Job Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance (vehicle use may be required later).
• Solid work history with a record of dependability.
• Problem-solving skills to handle challenges on the job.
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude to work efficiently.
• Availability Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) from 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary). Night shift days and times vary.
• Must live within 10 miles of Shiloh, IL.
• Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks according to high-quality standards.
• Drive to different locations for cleaning assignments (valid driver’s license required).
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism on the job.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Flexible scheduling options – Day shifts, evening shifts, weekdays, and weekends available.
