Compensation

• Targeted Annual Earnings: $35,000 - $100,000+ per year

Location

• This role requires daily fieldwork in the Rogersville territory.

Job Type & Shift Information

• Shift: Day shift, Flexible Hours
• Fieldwork: This is an outside, door-to-door sales role requiring daily travel within the territory.

Requirements

We are seeking high-performing, experienced, and self-driven sales professionals.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in outside sales or field sales.
• Proven track record of success in closing deals (door-to-door or direct sales experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the lawn care, pest control, or home service industries.
