We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
• Organize and declutter areas as needed to maintain a tidy environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Skills

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.
• Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred.
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Outstanding organizational skills to ensure all areas are cleaned systematically and thoroughly.
• Experience in cooking is beneficial for clients who require meal preparation services alongside cleaning duties.
• Strong customer service orientation to foster positive relationships with clients.
