Pinnacle Property Services is a growing Vancouver-based cleaning company serving homeowners, property managers, and strata clients throughout Metro Vancouver.

We specialize in residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and property turnover services. We take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with a valid driver's license to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential cleaning services in homes and apartments
• Complete move-in, move-out, and deep cleaning projects
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Drive company vehicles between job sites
• Help maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Comfortable driving throughout Metro Vancouver
• Previous cleaning experience is required
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing repetitive cleaning tasks

Schedule

• Primarily Monday to Friday
• Morning start times
• Most shifts finish in the afternoon
• Additional hours may be required during busy periods

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour
