Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will be confident in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems, while also delivering outstanding customer service. This position involves both routine and emergency service work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and installations of water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, sump pumps, piping, and other plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain work and provide estimates
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Accurately document materials used, work completed, and customer notes
• Collaborate with office and field team members on job coordination

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working in a variety of physical environments (tight spaces, elevated areas)
• Plumbing license is preferred but not required
• Must be available for on-call rotation

• Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and systems
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On-call rotation for emergency services

• Service area includes Morrisville, Durham, Cary, and surrounding Triangle region
