What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm leads to book in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Conduct engaging presentations that demonstrate the value of our solar solutions and secure sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and tailoring solutions to suit them.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to VEEP Energy’s continued success.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings at the office to stay connected and sharpen your skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum three years of B2C Solar Sales Experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You’re confident, articulate, and can connect with customers on a personal level.
• Ambition & Drive: You’re self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: You thrive on challenges and have the resilience to overcome obstacles.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic tech skills (training provided).
• Full Clean Irish Driving Licence: Essential for field-based work.
