What will you be doing and who will you be working with?

We are now looking to recruit a candidate for our Sales desk - an exciting opportunity which will suit ambitious and a target driven individual. The successful candidate will be based at our Dundalk office and will be expected to achieve the campaign targets through inbound and outbound telephone calls. They will ensure all enquiries, leads and development opportunities are maximized and converted to orders thus achieving campaign targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To convert customer enquiries into sales orders.
  • To make outbound sales calls to existing customers.
  • Using every available opportunity to up-sell products.
  • Generating and following up leads.
  • Completing call backs as and when required.
  • Display a positive attitude and high level of commitment.
  • Accurately documenting all calls made.
  • To represent the company in a positive and professional way at all times.


Who are we looking for? What will you bring?

  • Telesales call centre experience is essential.
  • Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • First class customer service at all times.
  • Computer skills with a good email manner, knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to contribute to the team as a whole
  • Excellent English both written and spoken.
  • We are looking for candidates who will consistently over achieve on campaign targets.
