Restaurant Captain

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily dining operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring excellent dining experience and customer satisfaction
  • Take and confirm orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen and service staff
  • Assign duties to servers and monitor performance to maintain service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Train, guide, and motivate service staff to uphold company standards
  • Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with hygiene standards
  • Assist in stock control of service-related items (cutlery, glassware, etc.)
  • Support management in implementing promotions, upselling, and special events
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B service
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with passion for delivering excellent service
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Good knowledge of menu, and beverage service is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
  • Able to work weekends, and public holidays
