Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dining operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring excellent dining experience and customer satisfaction
- Take and confirm orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Assign duties to servers and monitor performance to maintain service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff to uphold company standards
- Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with hygiene standards
- Assist in stock control of service-related items (cutlery, glassware, etc.)
- Support management in implementing promotions, upselling, and special events
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B service
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Good knowledge of menu, and beverage service is an advantage
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Able to work weekends, and public holidays
