Restaurant Junior Internal Auditor

RESTAURANT JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

Reporting to: Business Support Head

Location: Several Location / Store Based

Summary:

A Restaurant Junior Internal Auditor is responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of a restaurant's operational and financial processes. This role involves performing regular audits of inventory, sales, and administrative procedures to spot discrepancies, prevent losses, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. The Junior Auditor collaborates closely with management to provide data-driven insights and suggestions for enhancing efficiency and profitability.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Inventory and Raw Material Audit

  • Raw Material Inventory
  • Finished Goods and Supplies
  • Wastage and Spoilage
  • Supplier and Procurement Processes

Financial and Sales Process Audit

  • Daily Sales Audit
  • Expense and Invoice Audit
  • Petty Cash Management

Operational and Compliance Audit

  • Process Compliance
  • Administrative Records
  • Internal Controls

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is highly preferred. Experience in a related accounting or auditing role is also a strong asset.

Skills:

  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to analyze data, identify trends, and spot discrepancies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is also beneficial.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and providing clear recommendations.
  • Integrity: High level of honesty and ethical conduct when handling confidential financial information.
  • Attributes: A proactive, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
