We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with experience in managing/supervising a Hotel Restaurant; overseeing the general day-to-day running of breakfast and functions such as Christening, Communion etc.
- Provide an approachable welcoming atmosphere between staff and customers
- Excellent Customer Service
- Responsible for breakfast staff roster and functions
- Weekend availability is essential
- Excellent Communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Irish is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
