Restaurant Manager

Square Restaurant Dundalk renowned for excellent food, wine & service seeks a restaurant manager to assist with it new expansion.

This candidate must be enthusiastic and enjoy their career.

Have worked in same role in previous employment for at least 2 years.

Candidate must show strong ability and would be responsible for customer service, handle customer inquiries, staff training and performance, monitor stock, liaise with kitchen.

Must have strong leadership and ability to work in fast paced environment supporting all team members.

Correspond with proprietor with budgeting and cost control.

Salary negotiable.

4 day working week*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €25,962.91-€34,261.31 per year
