We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team at our busy and restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellent service, and has a strong grasp of team coordination and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and high-quality service
• Train and mentor staff on service standards and hospitality best practices
• Manage weekly rosters and scheduling for the team
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews with professionalism and care
• Coordinate reservations and optimise floor planning
• Work actively as part of the floor team during service
• Collaborate with kitchen and ownership to ensure high standards and workflow across departments
• Inventory management and ordering

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant manager/supervisor experience in Ireland
• Valid Level 2 HACCP certification
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience with booking systems

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
