Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of hospitality.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the owners and head chef to maintain and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-quality dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management and compliance.
• Passion for food, wine, and hospitality.

Pay: €36,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
