Restaurant Manager

Store Location: Clean Fuel Bagong Ilog C5 Pasig City

Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, food quality, and profitability. This role leads the restaurant team, enforces company standards, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen coordination, and service flow.
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness meet company and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash handling.

Staff Management & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Promote a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and accountability.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.

Sales, Cost & Inventory Control

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Control food, labor, and operating costs to meet budget targets.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and reporting.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare operational reports, including sales, staffing, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with management on operational issues, promotions, and business plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, restaurant operations, and cost control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
