Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our newest restaurant branch serving executives in Manila. As a crucial member of our hospitality staff, you will oversee the daily operations of our F&B department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction. You will also oversee front of house and back of house success.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Operations: Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including dine-in and delivery/ pick up
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff members. Ensure they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Guest Relations: Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on F&B sales, expenses, and budget variances.
• P&L Management: You musts strategize and drive the team towards profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor/ Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of F&B trends, service techniques, and guest interaction protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
