The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong commercial performance. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can motivate a team, maintain high standards, and deliver consistent results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations — Manage front‑ and back‑of‑house activities, coordinate service flow, and ensure smooth, efficient operations throughout each shift.
- Lead, train, and support staff — Recruit, onboard, schedule, and develop team members while fostering a positive, high‑performance culture.
- Deliver excellent customer service — Maintain high service standards, resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
- Manage financial performance — Monitor budgets, control labour and stock costs, analyse sales reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance and safety — Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations while maintaining a clean, well‑organised environment.
Additional Duties
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and ordering processes.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and local engagement.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in service, efficiency, and team performance.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Solid understanding of financial controls and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €37,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
